Is in the annex of the house and garden at Camiatik District, Yıldırım Street, 75 island, 30 parcel in Kuşadası . Ownership belonging to Kuşadası Training and Development Foundation (KEGEV) and  % 50 of ownership donated by Nuri-Hatice Kutlu’s daughter Hon. Zehra Kutlu Candemir. This two-story house and it’s annex takes place in 582 square meter land. This unique Kuşadası house and it’s annex like others on the same avenue which had been officially registered by the Conservation Board, has demolished on its own in 2001. With the financial support from KEGEV and Kuşadası Municipality it was rebuilt according to its original state and put to service of Kuşadası public on 7 September 2015.
